This workshop, led by Omar Khawaja, Field CISO, VP Security at Databricks and Board Member of the FAIR Institute, will provide CISOs with a structured playbook for actionably governing AI risk.

The CISO-exclusive roundtable will walk through a comprehensive framework that includes:

• AI Architecture – The 4 subsystems and 12 components of an AI system
• AI Risks – The 62 most likely risks, mapped to where they arise
• Deployment Models – 6 approaches and their risk trade-offs
• Mitigating Controls – 64 controls mapped to risks with deployment guidance
• Organizational Enablers – Operating model, talent, decision support, and change management
