The mission of the Institute's Working Groups is to research new areas of extension of the FAIR standards and framework.
Examples of research projects include modeling of loss data and assessing materiality; measuring controls effectiveness and mapping to the FAIR ontology; threats-to-risk mapping; assessing and managing third-party risk; and cyber insurance underwriting.
