MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
There are various criteria for determining FAIR Institute membership level, as outlined below.
*Note: Sales, marketing, or business development executives are not eligible for FAIR Institute Membership but are eligible to become a partner. Please explore the 2022 Sponsorship Opportunity.
Individual Membership:
- General Member: Open to any business, risk or technology practitioner aiming to improve their knowledge of FAIR. General Membership is open to people from all industries and from organizations of all sizes.
- Contributing Member: Contributing Members are seeking to advance their FAIR knowledge to an expert level, progressively incorporate it into their organization’s business practices, and more actively participate in the Institute community. Available to all information security and risk professionals, this exclusive membership provides the highest level of benefits, discounts, events, and thought leadership materials. Contributing Membership includes perks like invitation to exclusive events and webinars, discounts to FAIRCON and on FAIR Training courses, early access to new Institute content materials, and a copy of the FAIR book “Measuring and Managing Information Risk: A FAIR Approach.” New members or general members seeking to upgrade to Contributing level membership can do so by paying the annual $150 Contributing membership fee.
